About Darcey

Darcey Busch is a born-and-raised Islander who knows PEI the way only a local can. She grew up here, raised her four kids here, and still lives in the home she grew up in — so when she talks about putting down roots on this island, she means it. After years working in restaurants along the North Shore — building relationships with seasonal residents, year-round locals, and everyone in between — Darcey developed something you can't teach: the ability to connect with just about anyone and make them feel like they matter.
That's exactly what led her to real estate. She wasn't looking for a career change — she was looking for a better fit. And real estate turned out to be exactly that. Darcey is the kind of agent who shows up fully, tells you the truth, and stays with you through every step of the process. She's not here to close a deal and move on. She's here because she genuinely wants you to feel good about where you land — whether you're buying your first home, upsizing for a growing family, or simplifying into something that fits your life better.
When she's not working, you'll find her lifting weights, training jiu-jitsu or kickboxing, hiking with her dog, or soaking up the beach. She's strong, grounded, and exactly the kind of person you want in your corner when the stakes are high.
